Terms of Service

Welcome to dancedataprojectpro.com. This Terms of Service agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between Dance Data Project PRO (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“User” or “you”). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Service.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

4. User Accounts

Account Activity: You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

5. “As Is” Disclaimer

No Warranties:The Service is provided to you on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, with all faults and defects, without warranty of any kind.

Risk Exclusion: To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be completely error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Dance Data Project PRO or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability under any provision of this Agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Service, or $10.00 USD if you have not purchased anything through the Service.

7. Termination

Right to Terminate: We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service instantly for any reason, including without limitation a breach of this Agreement.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease, and you must stop using the Service and delete all copies of the application from your devices.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: This Agreement and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, excluding its conflicts of law rules.

Jurisdiction: Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the United States.

9. Modifications to This Agreement

Right to Amend: We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time at our sole discretion.

Notice of Changes:If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
